Welcome to the Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute. We are the official cancer center for the state of Arkansas and the only comprehensive academic cancer institute in the state. The Cancer Institute also is one of six Centers of Excellence at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
The Cancer Institute offers comprehensive medical treatment driven by state-of-the-art research to patients from every Arkansas county, all 50 states and about 40 foreign countries.
In addition to treatment and research programs, the Cancer Institute has a variety of outreach programs that reach underserved and minority populations in all 75 counties of Arkansas.
Our rich history has given us a foundation on which to build our programs for years to come. As we undergo our major expansion project, we look forward to expanding our research and treatment capabilities for patients from throughout Arkansas and beyond.
