Central Venous Line
 
A CVL, or indwelling catheter, is placed for several reasons including:

• Drawing blood
• Giving fluids such as blood, chemotherapy, medicine or nutrition

This class will give you the skills and teach the proper way to care for an indwelling catheter.

Classes are offered in two locations on campus:
Ward Tower, Room 1E/34
Weekdays: 12:30 p.m.

Infusion Center, Patient Education Room
(First floor of Outpatient Center)
Weekdays: 2:30 p.m.
