Wig and Hat Shop

Losing one's hair due to cancer treatment can be an overwhelming and emotional experience. The Cancer Institute's Wig and Hat Shop is open to all patients free of charge and is located in the Patient Support Pavilion on the first floor.

Each woman undergoing treatment at the Cancer Institute may receive one free wig. Trained volunteers and staff members are available to assist you in selecting the wig that best suits you.

A variety of hats for men and woman also are available at no charge.

Funding for the wig program is provided by the Cancer Institute Auxiliary.
