David Evans | Colorectal cancer survivor

“Since I found out I had colorectal cancer in 2010, I’ve learned to appreciate the differences in people. I no longer take things for granted. My family and my fiancé gave me a lot of support. Also, Dr. Makhoul was a great doctor. He has such a positive outlook.

I want people to know that a cancer diagnosis doesn’t mean this is the end. Don’t give up. Now that I’m out of treatment, I’m looking forward to spending time with my grandkids and taking bike trips.”
