David Martin | Glioblastoma survivor

“I had a rare cancer called glioblastoma in my spine. When we met Dr. Day and he said he could get it out, I believed him.

I’ve been coming here for a little over a year and went through 30 rounds of radiation and 12 rounds of chemo. I just thank the Lord that I’ve had no new growth. I’m blessed.

The support and hope from my family helped get me through it. My family was my rock. This experience has changed our lives, but it has also opened us up to a new journey.

When you’re fighting cancer, don’t give up. Pray and surround yourself with positive people. Don’t lose hope. Just because you have it, doesn’t mean it’s the end.”
