Carroll Sullivan | Multiple Myeloma Survivor

“When I was diagnosed on July 7, 2013, I was told I had six months to live. I chose to get a second opinion at UAMS. That was almost four years ago.

Having cancer has made me examine both the small and the big things in my life. The more time you spend on something, the more value it has to you. The people I love and the time I have left are so much more valuable than simple objects.

I have a lot to look forward to. My whole family is going to Disney World and, in two years, my wife and I will celebrate my 50th anniversary. I appreciate many things in life more fully now.”
