The purpose of the conference is to share evidence-based information in pain and symptom management and end of life care, along with communication tools to better care for patients with serious illness.
The target audience of this conference is physicians, physician assistants, pharmacists, nurse practitioners, nurses, nursing home administrators, social workers, chaplains and other health care professionals interested in hospice, palliative care and/or issues related to serious illness.
