NCT04803201 – A051902 A Randomized Phase II Study of CHO(E)P vs CC-486-CHO(E)P vs Duvelisib-CHO(E)P in Previously Untreated CD30 Negative Peripheral T-cell Lymphomas

This Phase II trial (Alliance A051902) studies whether adding duvelisib or CC-486 (oral azacitidine) to standard CHOP or CHOEP chemotherapy improves outcomes for patients with previously untreated peripheral T-cell lymphoma whose tumors express less than 10 percent CD30. Duvelisib works by blocking enzymes cancer cells need to grow, while CC-486 and the standard chemotherapy drugs (cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, etoposide, and prednisone) stop cancer cell growth through other mechanisms, including direct cell killing and interference with cell division. Treatment repeats every 21 days for up to 6 cycles. Patients age 60 or younger receive CHOEP, while those over 60 receive CHOP as the chemotherapy backbone.
