NCT07539155 – Phase Ib/II Study of Intratumoral MMR vaccine injection in borderline resectable/unresectable pancreatic cancer
July 14, 2026
This Phase I/II trial is studying a single injection of MMR vaccine delivered directly into the tumor for patients with borderline resectable or unresectable, non metastatic pancreatic cancer. The study is enrolling an estimated 20 participants in a single treatment group. Patients receive a single 0.5 milliliter dose of the vaccine, injected into the tumor under endoscopic ultrasound guidance in the GI lab at UAMS while sedated, with the procedure performed by an interventional gastroenterologist. The injection is timed to occur at least six weeks but no later than twelve weeks after the patient finishes chemoradiation therapy.
