The Lung Cancer Team meets weekly to discuss each patient’s condition and determine the best course of treatment. Then, they work together to ensure treatment is carried out and side effects are as limited as possible. A goal of the team is to help each patient maintain the best possible quality of life during and after treatment.

Our doctors stay up to date on the latest advances in diagnosing and treating cancer and will work with you to determine if you are a candidate for a clinical trial or genetic testing.

While lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer death in both Arkansas and the United States, research is providing new hope for patients to overcome the disease and live long, healthy lives. A new screening method and personalized medicine are just two of these recent advances. Our doctors are here to offer you the best treatment available, or provide a second opinion on your diagnosis and proposed treatment plan.
