UAMS Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute is excited to celebrate its 4th annual Be A Part of the Cure Walk with you. A Big THANK YOU to survivors, their friends and families, individuals, businesses, and local schools for supporting our 2023 Be A Part of the Cure Walk. Your participation and efforts brought together over 1500 people, honoring cancer survivors and loved ones, providing hope to those fighting the disease, and supporting cancer research in Arkansas by raising over $360,000. We know that together with you in 2024, we will have an even stronger voice in this fight against cancer than last year.
The Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute staff remains dedicated to providing the very best patient care to those diagnosed with cancer and their families, developing new and novel clinical trials, while educating Arkansans about resources about cancer care, screenings and cancer prevention to help provide a better quality of life, healthier lifestyle and ultimately a Cure. We will never stop in our mission until cancer is eliminated.
