Vendor RegistrationVendor Information
- Vendors should check in at Gate 3 on Saturday, May 4th between 6:30 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. Table assignment and location will be provided upon check-in.
- Vendors should be completely set up by 7 a.m.
- Vendors should remain set up until 11 a.m.
- Take-down and load-out must be finished by 1 p.m.
- Early equipment drop-off is strongly encouraged. Bring all equipment to Gate 1 on Friday, May 3rd between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. All contents should be in closed container(s) with lid(s) with vendor name clearly labeled. Carts/wagons are encouraged. Container(s) will be securely stored overnight.
- Designated vendor parking is available in the East Lot (Monroe Street, UAMS/Downtown side) of War Memorial Stadium near Gate 3 on event day.
- Vendor tables will be arranged on the south side of the playing field.
- No running water is available and limited electric connections are available. Generators are discouraged and must be approved prior to operating.
- Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as found.
- Playing turf must not be punctured.
- 6-foot table with linens and 2 chairs will be provided.
- Vendors are encouraged to provide equipment (tents, signage, decor, merchandise, etc.)
- UAMS and War Memorial Stadium reserve the right to censor any booth.
- Walk registration(s) is (are) not included.
- All vendors will follow Arkansas Department of Health guidelines at all times. Information, education, and non-profit tables are free.
- Retail tables are $25 (per table).
