Q: How do I use my digital card?
A: Digital cards will be delivered to your email address provided with instructions on how to download to your mobile device. The digital cards are stored in your Apple or Android wallet. Please present the digital card to the store upon purchase to receive your discount.
Q: How long until I receive my physical UAMS Partners Card?
A: Physical cards are shipped in 2-3 business days, and are shipped via USPS.
Q: Should I use my work email to order this card?
A: We recommend using a personal email address. Work emails tend to have more strict spam filters, and you may not receive your card if using your work email. If you do not receive your digital card for any reason, please contact the Cancer Institute Volunteer Services office at 501-686-8286 or email jonessusank@uams.edu for assistance correcting your order.
