Overview
The UAMS Partners Card is an annual 10-day fundraiser held in the fall in Little Rock, Conway, and Northwest Arkansas to support the Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute, a renowned cancer treatment and research center. The UAMS Partner’s Card is in its 22nd year.
How It Works
- Cost: $50 per card
- Benefit: 20% discount on merchandise at participating stores during Partners Card Week
- Proceeds: 100% of card sales go to the Cancer Institute Auxiliary for grant allocation

After Selling Cards
- Ensure the Sellers Sheet is complete with buyers’ names, addresses (including zip codes), and phone numbers.
- Place cash, checks, the completed Sellers Sheet, and any unsold Partners Cards in the collection envelope.
- Seal the envelope, complete the outside, and return it to your team captain.
Important Information for Sellers
- Price: Each card costs $50. No discounts are offered, and purchases are not tax-deductible.
- Seller Incentive: If you sell 12 cards, keep the 13th card in your packet as your free card.
- Usage: The card is valid only for the cardholder (signee); it is not valid for groups or families. The cardholder must sign the card and include their phone number. Lost cards cannot be replaced.
- Payment Methods:
- Credit Cards: Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, and Discover are accepted. The buyer will enter this on the Partners Card website.
- Cash: Record the buyer’s name, address (with zip code), and phone number on the Sellers Sheet for the mailing list.
- Checks: Make payable to UAMS Auxiliary with “Partners Card” in the memo line.
- Seller’s Sheet: Must include complete buyer information (name as on credit card, address, zip code, phone number, and email address).
