Partners Card Program Agreement

This contract confirms our participation in the Partners Card fundraising program, benefiting the Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute Auxiliary, a nonprofit organization in Arkansas.

Discount Offer

We agree to offer 20% off, excluding alcohol.
The discount does not apply to sale items, unless otherwise noted.
All merchandise must be discounted 20% for Partners Card holders, unless exclusions are listed below.

Program Guidelines

The Partners Card is non-transferable and valid only during the 10-day shopping period.
We will inform all staff about this agreement and encourage card purchases.
The Cancer Institute Auxiliary keeps 100% of the card sale proceeds.
The Auxiliary assumes no liability related to the Partners Card program.

Card Sales in Store

We will offer the Partners Card for purchase in our store during the 10-day event.
We will securely manage the cards and funds until collection by the Cancer Institute Auxiliary.

Compliance

Full compliance with this agreement is required for continued participation.
Any discount exclusions must be listed in this contract.

Promotion

Managers and sales staff agree to promote card sales to customers.
Partners Cards are sold to individuals only (not companies or families).
