Thank you for considering a sponsorship for the 4th Annual Be A Part of the Cure Walk. Your support strengthens the Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute’s mission by building awareness of available services for cancer prevention, therapeutics, support systems and by advancing research towards finding a cure. Every dollar stays in Arkansas to fund research including clinical trials for new drug therapies, cancer screenings and long-term survival studies to impact the Arkansas communities.
This is a critical time for the Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute as we progress towards National Cancer Institute (NCI) designation. We have many important needs including developing our research effort, increasing our clinical trial portfolio and expanding our community outreach and engagement program. These efforts will place us precisely where we need to be to be successful at obtaining NCI designation.

- Upon receipt of the Completed Sponsorship Pledge Form, the sponsor’s name or logo will be added to the Be A Part of the Cure website. The website is updated weekly on Fridays through Friday, April 29th, 2024. In lieu of a logo, individual(s) or organization name in text will be included.
- Email distribution cadence, distribution list(s), and content are fluid and subject to change without notice. In lieu of a logo, individual(s) or organization name in text will be included.
- Completed Sponsorship Pledge Forms must be submitted by Thursday, April 4th, 2024 to be included on t-shirts. In lieu of a logo, individual(s) or organization name in text will be included.
- Completed Sponsorship Pledge Forms must be submitted by Thursday, April 18th, 2024 to be included on event signage. In lieu of a logo, individual(s) or organization name in text will be included.
- Completed Sponsorship Pledge Forms must be submitted by Thursday, April 18th, 2024 to be included on Jumbotron. In lieu of a logo, individual(s) or organization name in text will be included.
- Multi-Media Marketing includes print & digital media, press releases, media alerts, and social media posts whenever possible. Due to the nature of different media platforms, this benefit is fluid and subject to change without notice. In lieu of a logo, individual(s) or organization name in text will be included.
- Completed Sponsorship Pledge Forms must be submitted by Wednesday, May 2nd, 2024 to be included in mentions during the event.
- Upon receipt of the Completed Sponsorship Pledge Form, a promo code will be issued via email to the primary contact person provided. Registration should be completed online. Promotional codes will be sent weekly on Fridays through Friday, April 29th, 2024.
- Completed Vendor Registration Form(separate form)must be submitted by Thursday, April 18th, 2024 for the table to be reserved. Tables are available on a limited basis, with priority given to event sponsors
