Q: I want to buy multiple digital UAMS Partners Cards. How do I do that?
A: We’re so glad you’d like to share the Partners Card with others! Because each digital card is connected to an email address, you’ll need to use a different email address for each digital card purchased. Q: I want to buy multiple physical UAMS Partners Cards. How do I do that?
A: Thank you for helping support cancer patients! If you’d like to purchase multiple physical cards, just email jonessusank@uams.edu or call 501-686-8286. We’ll be happy to help you place your order.
Q: I entered the wrong email address and didn’t receive my digital card. What should I do?
A: No worries! We can help. Please contact the Cancer Institute Volunteer Services Office at 501-686-8286 or jonessusank@uams.edu, and we’ll help get your order corrected.
Q: How do I use my digital Partners Card?
A: Your digital card will be sent to the email address you provided when you placed your order, along with instructions for adding it to your mobile device. The card can be saved to your Apple or Android wallet. When you shop, simply show your digital card at the participating merchant to receive your 20% discount.
Q: How long will it take to receive my physical UAMS Partners Card?
A: Physical cards are shipped via USPS within 2–3 business days of your order. Keep an eye on your mailbox — your Partners Card will be on its way!
Q: Should I use my work email when purchasing a digital card?
A: We recommend using your personal email address. Work email systems sometimes have stricter spam filters, which can prevent your digital card from reaching you. If you don’t receive your card, don’t worry! Contact us at 501-686-8286 or jonessusank@uams.edu, and we’ll be happy to help.
