Financial Assistance
A cancer diagnosis can lead to many challenging decisions, some of which center on the cost of health care. We are committed to working with you so financial concerns don’t hinder your ability to receive the medical care you need. The Cancer Institute has three financial counselors in the Central Business Center located on the first floor.
They are available to counsel patients seeking financial assistance, to determine eligibility for discounts and other related forms of financial aid, and to coordinate patient financial issues with hospital and physician billing. They also can assist patients with Medicaid/Health Care Independence Program Applications.
Returning Cancer Institute patients who would like to speak with a financial counselor may do so by contacting the Office of Financial Clearance at 501-686-7400 or 855-841-8307 (toll-free) and Press “1”.
